Having returned from the Paris/Bruges tour which took place over the October half term, the choir are new revitalised and refreshed ready to take on the music of the festive season.

On 5th July, the girls’ choir will be visiting Liverpool Anglican Cathedral to sing evensong, conducted by Chester Cathedral’s previous Director of Music, David Poulter.
The girls’ will sing along side the girls’ choir of Liverpool Cathedral.
The service will begin at 3 P.M.


Monday: Choral Evensong sung by the boys’ choir, beginning at 5.30 P.M. in the Quire.
Tuesday: Choral Evensong sung by the girls’ choir and Lay Clerks, beginning at 5.30 P.M. in the Quire.
Thursday: Choral Evensong sung by the boys’ choir and Lay Clerks, beginning at 5.30 P.M. in the Quire.
Friday: Choral Evensong sung by the girls’ choir, beginning at 5.30 P.M. in the Quire.
Saturday: Choral Evensong sung by the girls’/boys’ choir and Lay Clerks, beginning at 3.30 P.M. in the Quire.
Sunday: Choral Eucharist, sung by the girls’/boys’ choir and Lay Clerks, beginning at 10.00 A.M in the Nave,
Choral Mattins/Book of Common Prayer, sung by the girls’/boys’ choir and Lay Clerks, beginning at 11.30 A.M in the Quire,
